According to Goodwood.com, Qiddiya City has formed a strategic partnership with the Goodwood Festival to introduce plans for a new automotive entertainment and sports center in Saudi Arabia.

This ambitious project under construction — located 40 minutes from Riyadh in the Tuwaiq Mountains — will feature various motorsport facilities, including the Speed Park Track and Mercedes-AMG World of Performance.

“Qiddiya City is a cornerstone of Vision 2030 plans, and it’s set to become a unique motorsport destination like no other,” stated Toto Wolff, Mercedes-AMG F1 Team CEO.

Key facilities include:

  • Speed Park Track with 21 turns
  • Nine-floor Mercedes-AMG World of Performance
  • Rally and karting areas
  • 43 sports and esports venues
  • 27 attraction rides
  • 12 theme parks

Abdullah Aldawood, Managing Director of the project, described the Goodwood presence as “a unique opportunity to engage with leading global automotive brands and motorsport communities.”

The city, designed to house over half a million residents, will be equipped with various facilities — from healthcare to education — integrated with entertainment, sports, and cultural areas.
