PT LIB rejects PSBS Biak’s plan to use Bandung as home base

Ferry Paulus, PT LIB Director, has issued a firm decision — PSBS Biak will not be permitted to use Bandung as their home base for the 2025-2026 Liga 1 season.

The team nicknamed Pacific Storm previously planned to relocate to Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, Soreang — including plans to use Sidolig Stadium as player accommodation and training facilities.

“We called PSBS Biak management to inquire about their plans to use Persib’s home base,” stated Ferry Paulus. “Yes, we are prohibiting them from using Bandung.”

This rejection emerged after PT LIB considered the club’s internal situation — particularly regarding unclear management control of PSBS Biak.
