PSSI Jatuhkan Sanksi ke Arema FC, PSM, dan Persib

The PSSI Disciplinary Committee has announced a series of new sanctions related to recent Liga 1 incidents, as reported by Bolasport.com.

Arema FC received a heavy punishment — the club is banned from having spectators at one home match and fined Rp 20 million after supporters were involved in an attack on the Persik Kediri team bus.

PSM Makassar captain, Yuran Fernandes, had his suspension reduced by the Appeals Committee — his football activity ban was shortened from 12 months to 3 months, with an additional fine of Rp 25 million.

The decisions were made following a joint session of the PSSI Disciplinary Committee and Appeals Committee held on May 14–16, 2025. 2024–2025 Liga 1 champions, Persib Bandung, were also handed several sanctions.
