PSSI Receives FIFA Gold Category Award for the First Time

Erick Thohir as PSSI Chairman announced the historic achievement through his personal Instagram account — PSSI successfully received the Gold Category award from FIFA.

This prestigious award was received at the FIFA Executive Football Summit 2025 held in Miami, United States — a first achievement in Indonesian football history.

“Attending the FIFA Executive Football Summit 2025 in Miami, United States to receive the Gold Category award given to PSSI from FIFA Forward Awards for Asian Member Associations,” stated Erick Thohir.

“This award is the first time in our football history given for success in implementing the PSSI National Training Centre project,” he added.

This achievement was earned through PSSI’s success in implementing the PSSI National Training Centre program — a national football development project that received recognition from the world football federation.
