PSSI hasn’t started naturalization process for FC Utrecht player Miliano Jonathans

PSSI Executive Committee member Arya Sinulingga has clarified that there has been no progress or official steps taken regarding the naturalization of FC Utrecht player Miliano Jonathans.

Despite widespread speculation, PSSI has not initiated any discussions with the 20-year-old footballer of Indonesian descent, dismissing reports that suggested an ongoing naturalization process.

Additionally, rumors claiming that Miliano Jonathans had traveled to Indonesia to meet with PSSI were inaccurate. Instead, it was his father who visited the country and later chose to convert to Islam.

As of now, there is no confirmation on whether PSSI will pursue his naturalization in the future, leaving his potential involvement with the Indonesia National Team uncertain.
