PSIS Semarang suffered a crushing 0–4 defeat to Bali United in a match marked by two suspicious own goals, further highlighting the club’s ongoing crisis.

Now led by caretaker coach Muhammad Ridwan after Gilbert Agius’s departure, the team played with an incomplete squad due to unpaid salaries of foreign players.

The two own goals were scored by:

  • Lucas Barreto pushing the ball into his own net from Boris Kopitovic’s cross
  • Ridho Syuhada powerfully striking the ball into his own goal from Privat Mbarga’s distant pass

Bali United then added two more goals to seal a dominant 4–0 home victory.
