PSIM Yogyakarta signs two Liga 2 stars ahead of Liga 1 season

Preparing for their Liga 1 2025-2026 debut, PSIM Yogyakarta — the promotion team from Gudeg City — announced the signing of two Liga 2 star players.

Deri Corfe and Rakhmatsho Rakhmatzoda — two players who were Laskar Mataram’s rivals last season — have officially joined PSIM Yogyakarta’s squad.

Corfe — an English striker and Manchester City academy graduate — recorded impressive statistics with Persiraja Banda Aceh with 14 goals and 3 assists in 21 Liga 2 matches.

“We saw him directly in Liga 2. He played exceptionally well in various positions,” said Razzi Taruna, PSIM manager.

The arrival of these two new players adds to PSIM’s recruitment list that previously included:
