Pratama Arhan has remained silent after being left out of Indonesia’s national team squad under Patrick Kluivert’s management.

The Bangkok United left-back—despite initially receiving a call-up—did not feature in either of the two 2026 World Cup Qualification matches.

The Garuda squad faced two challenging opponents during the March international breakAustralia and Bahrain—but Pratama Arhan was not included in the 23-player matchday squad for both games.

The left-back position, which was previously occupied by Azizah Salsha’s husband, was taken over by newly naturalized player Dean James in the match against Australia.

With competition for the left-back role intensifying, Pratama Arhan will need to prove himself at the club level to regain his spot in the national team. His response to this omission and his performances in upcoming matches with Bangkok United will be crucial in determining his future under Kluivert’s system.
