Polissya vs Paksi: Europa Conference League Prediction (07.08.2025)

Polissya

The “Green-Yellows” finished fourth in the Ukrainian championship last season. Since then, the team have had a busy preseason, playing seven friendly matches in which they looked fairly promising. Paksi were the highest-scoring team in Hungary last season, but were let down by a weak defence — a recurring problem. In the first round of the current championship, they drew 3–3 against Győr, and in their most recent match earned a convincing 5–1 win over Kisvárda, though again not without conceding. In European competitions, the team started in Europa League qualification but lost to CFR Cluj; in the previous Conference League round they narrowly beat Maribor.
