Persija extends Brazilian striker Gustavo Almeida’s contract until 2027

According to Persija Jakarta’s official Instagram announcement, Gustavo Almeida — the Brazilian striker — has extended his contract with the capital city club.

The new agreement, signed about two weeks ago, will bind Almeida until 2027 — with an option for an additional one-year extension.

“Persija officially extends Gustavo Almeida’s contract for the next 2 years with a one-year contract extension option,” stated the club.

The decision to retain the Brazilian striker’s services was based on his impressive performance in Liga 1 season 2024-2025 — where he scored 18 goals from 28 appearances with Macan Kemayoran.
