In the 33rd week of Liga 1 2024/2025, Persib Bandung were held to a 2-2 draw by Persita Tangerang at the Indomilk Arena Stadium, with the game momentarily halted due to a flare incident in the stands.

Maung Bandung, already crowned Liga 1 champions, got off to a quick start when Ryuji Utomo accidentally scored an own goal in the 2nd minute, trying to block a pass from Tyronne Del Pino intended for Gervane Kastaneer.


Eber Bessa and Utomo Deliver for the Hosts

Eber Bessa leveled the score for Persita at the end of the first half, giving the home crowd something to cheer about. However, Del Pino struck back early in the second half, putting Persib ahead once again.

The match reached its climax in injury time, when Ryuji Utomo redeemed his earlier error by scoring the equalizer for Persita, salvaging a point in dramatic fashion.
