Persib Miss Out on IDR 2 Billion in 2025 President’s Cup

Persib Bandung had a disappointing run in the 2025 President’s Cup, missing out on the IDR 2 billion cash prize. The team, known as Maung Bandung, failed to advance from Group B.

Under the guidance of Bojan Hodak, Persib recorded a poor performance — suffering a 0-2 loss to Port FC and a 1-1 draw against Dewa United at Si Jalak Harupat Stadium in Soreang.

Maung Bandung collected only one point from two matches, scoring just one goal while conceding three. Meanwhile, Dewa United — who also sit on one point — still have a chance to compete for the IDR 2 billion reward.
