Persib Bandung Gears Up in Thailand! Focus on Team Chemistry Ahead of New Season

Persib Bandung has officially begun their pre-season training camp in Bangkok, Thailand, as part of preparations for the upcoming 2025/2026 Liga 1 campaign. The intensive training sessions are being held at the NT FC Football Pitch facility and will run through July 27, 2025.

Head coach Bojan Hodak has brought along a squad of 24 players to undergo a program focused on physical conditioning, tactical development, and most crucially — building team chemistry. This focus is especially important given the influx of new players this season, both from the transfer market and the club’s youth promotions.

“Our main focus is to build cohesion from the very start. Training in Thailand offers a fresh environment and ideal conditions to prepare the team thoroughly,” said Bojan Hodak.

Beyond the physical and tactical aspects, the camp also serves as a moment to strengthen the team’s character and competitive mentality. As part of the pre-season agenda, Persib is scheduled to play a series of friendly matches to test formations and refine game strategies.

This overseas pre-season initiative reflects Maung Bandung’s commitment to becoming more competitive and consistent in their pursuit of silverware in the upcoming season.
