Persib Bandung Spends Rp35 Billion on Eight New Foreign Players

According to Transfermarkt data, Persib Bandung has invested around Rp35 billion to bring in eight new foreign players this season.

Following the departure of Ciro Alves, David da Silva, Tryonne del Pino, Kevin Mendoza, Nick Kuipers, Gervane Kastaneer, Gustavo Franca, and Mateo Kocijan — Maung Bandung management moved quickly to find replacements.

The eight new foreign players joining Persib Bandung:

  • Adam Przybek
  • Julio Cesar
  • Patricio Matricardi
  • Wiliam Marcilio
  • Luciano Guaycochea
  • Berguinho
  • Rampn Tanque
  • Uilliam Barros

Among the new recruits — only Wiliam Marcilio who previously played for Arema FC and Berguinho from Borneo FC have experience in Indonesian football.
