Persib Bandung ready for first training camp in Thailand

Persib Bandung is preparing for their first overseas training camp (TC) — scheduled to take place in Thailand from mid-July.

This plan emerges after Maung Bandung’s elimination from Piala Presiden 2025 with disappointing results — a 0-2 loss to Port FC and a 1-1 draw against Dewa United.

Adhitia Putra Herawan — Deputy CEO of PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat — explains the choice of Thailand as TC location:

“Thailand was chosen for its high quality and continued dominance in Southeast Asia. Their comprehensive facilities also attracted our interest.”

The TC program is expected to provide coach Bojan Hodak with an opportunity to maximize team preparation for upcoming competitions.
