Persib Bandung prepares 10-year roadmap to maintain achievements

Adhitia Putra Herawan, Deputy CEO of PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat, emphasizes the importance of long-term planning to maintain club achievements — a strategic step following the team’s success in the last two seasons.

Maung Bandung claimed the Liga 1 title last season and demonstrated consistent performance this season — achievements that represent the hard work of all club elements.

“When we started the 2024/2025 Liga 1 season, the first thing we thought about was building a 10-year roadmap,” stated Adhitia Putra.

This long-term plan began taking shape at the start of the 2023/2024 season — its main focus is maintaining team stability and ensuring Persib remains competitive at the top of Liga 1.
