Persib Bandung has granted their players a four-day rest period to celebrate Eid al-Fitr — some players choose to return home while others remain in Bandung.

Dimas Drajad, the Indonesian national team striker playing for Persib, decided to return to his hometown to meet with his family during this holiday period.

“We must meet family, especially parents. We need to ask for forgiveness from parents, in-laws, and other family members,” Dimas stated through Persib‘s official website.

“I will also distribute angpao because many kids are surely waiting,” he added while mentioning his plan to give money envelopes to children.

As Persib Bandung observes this festive moment—the team’s decision to provide a break allows players to reconnect with loved ones and embrace their cultural traditions.

This connection to family and community not only enhances—their personal lives but also contributes to their overall well-being as they prepare for the upcoming challenges in the season.
