Persib Bandung faces international agenda before Liga 1 starts

Bojan Hodak‘s team, Persib Bandung — has a packed schedule with international matches ahead of Liga 1 2025/26.

As the defending Liga 1 champions, Maung Bandung will face more international challenges than other Indonesian clubs — with the domestic competition scheduled to roll out this coming August.

The 2025 President’s Cup will be the first test for Beckham Putra and his teammates, where Persib is grouped in Group B alongside:

• Dewa United
• Port FC (Thailand)

Competition in the group will be interesting — considering Port FC is a top-tier Thai club that previously faced Persib in last season’s AFC Champions League 2. Meanwhile in Group A, Oxford United from England’s second division will face Arema FC and Indonesia All-Star.
