Persib Bandung is in a strong position to secure the Liga 1 2024/2025 title, holding an eight-point lead over Dewa United in the latest standings.

The Bandung Tigers have a clear path toward championship glory — victories over PSS Sleman, Malut United, and Barito Putera could make their position at the top of the table unshakable. Even if Dewa United wins all of their remaining matches, they can only reach a maximum of 68 points.

Head coach Bojan Hodak’s side can clinch the title under two possible scenarios:

  • Two wins and three losses, as long as Dewa United fails to win at least one of their final matches.

  • One win and two draws, provided Dewa United doesn’t win in two of their remaining five games.

On the other hand, Egy Maulana Vikri and his teammates at Dewa United still have a slim chance at the title. However, this would require a dramatic collapse in form from Persib Bandung over the last five matchdays.

With only a handful of matches left in the season, every point is crucial. Persib Bandung has momentum and control, but must maintain their focus to seal the championship.
