Persib Bandung Prepares Championship Parade in Bandung City

Persib Bandung will celebrate their Liga 1 2024/2025 title with a championship parade through Bandung City this Sunday. The plan was confirmed following coordination with the West Java Provincial Government.

The team, famously nicknamed Maung Bandung, clinched the title as early as matchweek 31, establishing an unassailable points lead over their rivals. Coach Bojan Hodak’s squad still has one final match remaining against Persis Solo, but the celebrations are already set in motion.

Parade route and coordination

The parade will begin from Bandung City Hall in the morning and continue until the afternoon. The event involves collaboration between the club management, city government, and Bandung Police.

“We will strive to execute this parade optimally according to our mutual agreement,” said Erwan Setiawan, West Java Vice Governor, who is overseeing the preparation efforts.
