Persib Appoints Djadjang Nurdjaman as Technical Director

Persib Bandung has officially appointed Djadjang Nurdjaman as the club’s new technical director. The announcement was made on the club’s official website in early May, as reported by Bolasport.com. This appointment comes amid the ongoing Liga 1 2024-2025 season, and Djanur’s main task will be to enhance the quality of youth player development.

Djadjang Nurdjaman’s Legacy at Persib Bandung

Djadjang Nurdjaman, also known as Djanur, has a deep connection with Persib Bandung, both as a player and now as a director. His football career began as a youth player for Persib between 1977 and 1979, before moving up to the senior team, where he played from 1985 to 1994.

As a senior player, Djanur played a significant role in Persib’s successes, including winning three championship titles during the union era:

• Champion in the 1986 season

• Champion in the 1989-1990 season

• Champion in the 1993-1994 season

Now, as the technical director, Djadjang Nurdjaman aims to build on that legacy by focusing on developing new talent for the future of Persib Bandung.
