PBVSI Announces 19 Players for U-21 World Volleyball Championship 2025

PBVSI has announced the final list of 19 players who will represent Indonesia at the U-21 World Volleyball Championship 2025 — a tournament to be held in Surabaya this August.

Coach Marcos Sugiyama and his team have completed the selection process through national training camp at Padepokan Voli Sentul, West Java — where eight players had to be cut from the squad.

“The reason why they couldn’t continue the training process in the U-21 women’s volleyball national team is simple, it’s their performance during training,” stated Sugiyama.

“All basic aspects, including their performance in weight training, became the main consideration,” added the national team coach.

In the announcement, Junaida Santi managed to maintain her position — proving her performance consistency during the training camp period.
