Paul Pogba joins AS Monaco on two-year contract

Paul Pogba officially ends his football hiatus by joining AS Monaco, as announced through the club’s official website.

The 32-year-old midfielder — who was previously absent from the pitch due to a doping case — has signed a two-year contract that will bind him until June 30, 2027.

“AS Monaco is pleased to announce the arrival of Paul Pogba. The World Cup winner has signed a two-year contract and will principally be with the club until June 30, 2027,” reads the club’s official statement.

The 2018 World Cup winner with the French national team — known for his high wages — will receive a salary that is multiple times higher than Jakarta’s Regional Minimum Wage.
