Patrick Kluivert Responds to Indonesia’s World Cup 2026 Qualifying Draw

According to the draw held at AFC House in Kuala Lumpur, Indonesia national team head coach Patrick Kluivert has shared his reaction after his squad was placed in Group B of the fourth round of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Asian Qualifiers.

In this stage, Garuda Squad will face a major challenge as they go up against two West Asian powerhouses — Saudi Arabia and Iraq.

Indonesia’s past records show contrasting results:

• Vs Saudi Arabia: A draw in Jeddah and a 2–0 victory in Jakarta

Kluivert admitted that Group B is among the most competitive of the round but emphasized that his team will be fully prepared.
