Pakistan captain issues warning to Indonesia ahead of quarter-final clash

Murad Jehan, captain of Pakistan’s men’s national volleyball team, has issued a warning to Indonesia ahead of their quarter-final match at the AVC Nations Cup 2025 in Isa Sports City Hall, Manama, Bahrain.

Indonesia’s team, coached by Jeff Jiang Jie — qualified as Group A runners-up after defeating Thailand but losing to hosts Bahrain.

Pakistan under Rahman Mohammadirad’s guidance showed impressive form in the preliminary round — winning both their matches by defeating Philippines 3-1 and Taiwan 3-2 (25-20, 25-22, 21-25, 16-25, 18-16).

The dramatic five-set victory over Taiwan secured Pakistan’s top position in Group C — setting up the encounter with Indonesia in the quarter-finals.
