Padel – The racket sport that’s now an exclusive lifestyle in Indonesia

Padel sport from Mexico — a unique combination of tennis and squash — has become an exclusive lifestyle trend in Indonesia, as reported by Bolasport.com.

The popularity of this racket sport has increased rapidly since last year — following the footsteps of tennis which was previously favored by Indonesian society. Despite requiring significant investment, both sports continue to attract many enthusiasts.

Hanif, an active padel player, revealed his interest in this sport started from his social circle.

“It’s more about the friends, the community. Because you can meet new people, it’s like having new connections too,” said Hanif during a training session in Kemang, South Jakarta.
