Oxford United demonstrated their dominance in the Piala Presiden 2025 Group A match at Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, Bandung — defeating Arema FC with a decisive 4-0 score.

The match experienced technical difficulties when entering the fourth minute — the stadium lights completely went out, resulting in a 25-minute delay. After the lighting system returned to normal, play resumed from the fourth minute.

Przemyslaw Placheta opened Oxford United’s lead in the fifth minute with a volley shot that goalkeeper Lucas Frigeri failed to anticipate. Four minutes later, Ole Romeny managed to double the visitors’ advantage.
