Coach Ong Kim Swee provides latest update on Persis Solo’s condition ahead of their Liga 1 match against Malut United at Manahan Stadium — the game scheduled for Saturday afternoon.

This week 28 Liga 1 fixture marks Persis Solo’s first match after a long break due to FIFA calendar and Eid holiday — the team last played about a month ago.

“After Eid break, we will immediately return to regular training and the players are at a good level,” stated Ong Kim Swee.

While players are in good condition, the Malaysian coach acknowledges that match fitness remains the main challenge — considering the team hasn’t competed for quite some time.
