Ong Kim Swee Frustrated After Persis Solo Lose to Arema

Ong Kim Swee expressed his disappointment after Persis Solo suffered a 0-1 defeat to Arema FC in their Liga 1 match at the Manahan Stadium, Solo.

The home side dominated the match from the start — but were punished by a quick counterattack that was efficiently finished by the visiting team.

“We were punished for our failure to score goals,” said Ong Kim Swee after the match.

Despite creating several dangerous chances, Persis Solo failed to capitalize. Lack of sharp finishing saw them walk away empty-handed in Matchweek 31 of the 2024/2025 Liga 1 season.
