Nuno Espirito Santo extends contract with Nottingham Forest until 2028

Nuno Espirito Santo has extended his contract with Nottingham Forest until summer 2028, as announced by the Premier League club.

The Portuguese coach — who previously managed Wolverhampton Wanderers and Tottenham Hotspur — joined Forest in December 2023 and successfully saved the club from relegation threat.

Forest recorded their best performance in three decades by finishing seventh this season — just one point behind fifth-placed Newcastle United who qualified for Champions League.

“I am delighted to be able to continue our journey at this fantastic football club,” said Nuno after signing his new contract. “We have worked extremely hard to create a special bond between the players, the fans and everyone at the club, which helped us achieve great things last season.”
