Nabil Anane has been officially promoted to undisputed ONE Championship Muay Thai bantamweight champion — the announcement came during ONE Friday Fights 114 event in Bangkok, Thailand.

The Thai-Algerian fighter received news of his title promotion after his brother, Yonis Anane, defeated Liu Junchao in his ONE Championship debut match.

Nabil Anane‘s ONE Championship journey began in 2023 as the youngest WBC Muay Thai champion — though his debut ended in defeat against Superlek Kiatmoo9.

The 21-year-old fighter then bounced back by securing six consecutive victories, relying on a combination of knee strikes, long-range punches, and devastating clinch techniques.

His latest achievement came through a KO victory over Nico Carrillo last January to claim the interim title — he is now scheduled to face Superlek in a title unification bout at Saitama Super Arena, Japan this coming March.
