Monza officially sold to American company after Serie A relegation

Following a disappointing season in Serie B, AC Monza officially changes hands from Fininvest to US-based company — Beckett Layne Ventures (BLV).

The club’s performance was poor throughout the 2024/25 season — collecting only 18 points from 38 matches with 3 wins, 9 draws, and 26 losses.

“Fininvest SpA and BLV announce that today they have reached an agreement for the sale of 100% of AC Monza shares to BLV,” states the club’s official announcement.

The acquisition process will be conducted in two phases — 80% of shares will be transferred this summer and the remaining 20% in June 2026. BLV, led by Brandon Berger and managed by former AS Roma CEO Mauro Baldissoni, will take over the club that has been managed by the Berlusconi family for 2,468 days.
