Mohammed Rashid leaves Persebaya to join Indian club

According to Tribun Jogja, Palestinian midfielder Mohammed Rashid has officially joined East Bengal FC after departing from Persebaya.

Rashid’s career in Indonesia began with Persib in the 2021/2022 season — recording 27 appearances with 6 goals and 2 assists.

The talented midfielder then moved to Bali United for the 2023/2024 season — scoring 2 goals and providing 4 assists in 32 matches with Serdadu Tridatu.

After one season with Persebaya in Super League 2024/2025, Rashid decided to continue his career journey in the Indian league with East Bengal FC.
