Former Saudi Football Federation spokesperson, Mohammed Al Sheikh, strongly criticizes Al Nassr’s policy regarding Cristiano Ronaldo’s position at the club — a situation he claims makes the team appear unprofessional.

The criticism emerges after Al Nassr granted Ronaldo a new contract extending until June 2027 — an extension that comes with internal authority at the club.

The Portuguese superstar will receive a payment of 200 million euros per year — an amount that demonstrates Ronaldo’s substantial influence at the Saudi Arabian club.

“Al Nassr has given absolute power to Ronaldo, as if he has become God at the club,” states Al Sheikh.
