Kylian Mbappe experienced an unfortunate moment during Real Madrid‘s match against Alaves in La Liga — he received a straight red card for a dangerous tackle.

The incident occurred in the 38th minute, shortly after Eduardo Camavinga had put Madrid ahead 1-0 with his goal in the 34th minute.

The French striker made a harsh tackle on Alaves midfielder Antonio Blanco — the referee immediately consulted VAR and produced the red card.
