Marwan/Aisyah Advance to Taipei Open 2025 Round Two

Indonesian mixed doubles pair, Marwan Faza/Aisyah Salsabila Putri Pranata, advanced to the second round of the Taipei Open 2025 after defeating Hong Kong representatives Chan Yun Chak/Ng Tsz Yau at the Taipei Arena.

The world No. 64 duo secured victory in a rubber game with scores of 21-15, 11-21, 21-17 in a 51-minute battle.

In the opening game, Chan Yun Chak/Ng Tsz Yau applied early pressure, but Marwan Faza/Aisyah Salsabila Putri Pranata responded with two consecutive points to lead at the interval 11-6.

After the break, the Indonesian pair strengthened their dominance by clinching three straight points to close out the first game.
