Marselino Ferdinan and Ole Romeny Join Oxford United’s Pre-season Training

Marselino Ferdinan and Ole Romeny have joined Oxford United’s pre-season training sessions — the club that will compete in the 2025 President’s Cup.

Despite the upcoming tournament in Indonesia, both players have chosen to report directly to the club’s headquarters in England. Oxford United — now under the guidance of Gary Rowett — is preparing for their second season in the Championship following last season’s promotion.

The club owned by Anindya Bakrie and Erick Thohir has arranged a comprehensive pre-season schedule. The team will participate in seven friendly matches, including:

• Three matches in the 2025 President’s Cup
• One match against Mansfield Town
• One match against Bristol Rovers
• One match against Leganes
• One match against Malaga
