Marquez’s Ducati dominance contrasts with Bagnaia’s struggles this season

A contrasting situation is visible at Ducati Lenovo team — Marc Marquez continues to show dominance while Francesco Bagnaia still struggles with technical difficulties after ten rounds of MotoGP 2025.

Marquez’s latest victory at Dutch MotoGP becomes even more impressive — the Spanish rider managed to recover after suffering two crashes on the first day. Unlike Bagnaia who showed good performance in free practice but struggled during sprint and main races.

Bagnaia faces consistent issues since season start — lack of confidence with the front end of the bike and difficulties in hard braking resulting in wide lines in corners.

This season’s statistics show Marquez’s extraordinary dominance — out of total 20 sprint and main races held, the Spanish rider won 15 of them. These achievements include victories at circuits previously challenging for him like Lusail and Mugello.
