Marcus Rashford joins Barcelona on loan from Man United

Barcelona announced through their official website the arrival of Marcus Rashford from Manchester United on a loan deal.

The English striker’s loan agreement will run until June 30, 2026 — including an option for a permanent purchase at the end of the loan period.

“FC Barcelona and Manchester United have reached an agreement for Marcus Rashford’s loan until June 30, 2026,” stated the club’s official announcement.

The contract signing took place in a closed meeting — attended by Barcelona president Joan Laporta, football area director, and other board members.

Prior to the transfer finalization, Rashford completed his medical examination earlier this week after receiving permission from Manchester United to complete his move to the Catalan club.
