Marco Bezzecchi Takes First Win with Aprilia at British MotoGP

Marco Bezzecchi made history by claiming his first victory with Aprilia Racing at Silverstone Circuit, Northamptonshire — asserting his dominance in the seventh round of the 2025 British MotoGP.

This triumph marked a major comeback for the Italian rider after a tough period following the 2023 season — where he secured three wins and finished third in the overall standings.

“I feel great. I went through tough times and suffered a lot last year,” said Bezzecchi.

“The start of 2025 wasn’t easy either, but when I decided to change everything with Aprilia, they believed in me. We worked so hard, and it feels amazing to be back on the podium with this win — it’s truly incredible,” he added.

Bezzecchi’s decision to leave the VR46 Ducati satellite team has proven to be the right one — despite the Italian manufacturer’s dominance with the Francesco Bagnaia and Marc Marquez pairing for the 2025–2026 season.
