Marc Marquez suffers two crashes on first day of Dutch MotoGP

Marc Marquez faced a challenging day at the first practice session of the 2025 Dutch MotoGP at Assen Circuit — the Ducati Lenovo rider experienced two separate crashes, as reported by GPone.com.

The first incident occurred during the first free practice at high speed — causing numbness in the Spanish rider’s hand. The second crash during the following practice session resulted in breathing difficulties for the eight-time world champion.

“Both accidents were different in nature, although they happened at high speed but there were no serious issues. I did experience some impacts but everything was under control,” stated Marquez.

The medical team immediately conducted examinations after both incidents — results showed no concerning injuries for the 32-year-old rider.
