Marc Marquez suffers serious injuries after Dutch MotoGP crash

Ducati rider Marc Marquez experienced serious impact after a crash on the first day of Dutch MotoGP 2025 — this was revealed following his victory last weekend.

The eight-time world champion suffered incidents during first free practice and Practice sessions that resulted in hip bruising and required chin stitches.

Despite the injuries, Marquez still showed optimal performance in qualifying and sprint race sessions on the second day.

“I didn’t feel anything at that time due to high adrenaline,” stated the 32-year-old rider.

The Spanish rider admitted his body felt destroyed on the morning before the main race — however, this didn’t prevent him from claiming victory in the tenth round of MotoGP 2025.
