Marc Marquez secures third position in MotoGP Italy practice session

According to Bolasport.com, Marc Marquez showed promising performance during the MotoGP Italy 2025 practice session at Mugello Circuit.

The Ducati rider — nicknamed Baby Alien — managed to clock 1 minute 44.780 seconds to secure third position in the 60-minute practice session.

Marquez’s teammate, Francesco Bagnaia, dominated the session by taking the top position. The session also marked the testing of Ducati’s new aero-fairing device involving several riders:

• Marquez with several testing laps
• Bagnaia who faced technical issues
• Fabio Di Giannantonio from VR46 Racing team

Despite not surpassing Bagnaia’s time, the eight-time world champion remained optimistic about his achievement.
