Marc Marquez Fastest in FP1 at 2025 Czech MotoGP Brno

According to MotoGP, Marc Marquez topped the timesheets in the first free practice session of the 2025 Czech MotoGP at the Brno Circuit, recording the fastest time of 1 minute 54.606 seconds.

The Ducati Lenovo rider narrowly outpaced Jack Miller, who finished second, while Francesco Bagnaia completed a Ducati 1–2–3 by securing third place.

Alex Marquez of the Gresini team and Enea Bastianini from Red Bull KTM Tech3 rounded out the top five fastest riders — marking the return of Brno Circuit to the MotoGP calendar after being absent since 2020.

The FP1 session featured several incidents — Marco Bezzecchi crashed at Turn 8 but was able to walk away unassisted, while Marc Marquez suffered from front-end vibration issues that forced him to pull over at Turn 1.

Jorge Martin of Aprilia made his comeback after recovering from injury, while Pol Espargaro filled in for Maverick Vinales, who is still recovering from a shoulder injury.
