Marc Marquez claims pole position in rain-soaked German MotoGP

Marc Marquez of Ducati Lenovo team achieved a remarkable feat by securing pole position in German MotoGP qualifying at Sachsenring circuit — setting the best time of 1 minute 27.811 seconds in wet track conditions.

The Spanish rider overcame extreme weather challenges — even after experiencing a dangerous moment when his bike nearly slipped but managed to save it skillfully.

Johann Zarco from Honda HRC Castrol secured second starting position, while Marco Bezzecchi of Aprilia claimed third grid spot — trailing 0.421 seconds behind Marquez’s time.

The qualifying session began with an impressive showing from Maverick Vinales of KTM Tech3 — who immediately demonstrated maximum speed in Q1 round.
