Manchester United unveils new home kit for 2025-26 season

Manchester United has unveiled their new home kit for the 2025-26 season — a design inspired by the legendary Old Trafford stadium. This announcement comes after the club’s worst Premier League season finishing 15th, plus a painful defeat to Tottenham Hotspur in the Europa League final.

The new jersey features a solid red base with minimal black and white accents. The pattern on the body and sleeves draws inspiration from Old Trafford’s atmosphere on non-matchdays — with circular dots and lines reflecting pitch markings, technical areas, and stands.

The classic V-neck returns after a seven-year absence. A special detail can be found on the back collar with “Theatre of Dreams” written in white lettering.

While elegant, this new jersey falls short of the legendary 90s Umbro design that featured a complete Old Trafford image in its material. With plans for a new 100,000-capacity stadium, this kit might be one of the final tributes to Old Trafford that has stood for 115 years.
