Manchester United Prepare New Offer for Bryan Mbeumo

Manchester United have approached Brentford with an improved offer for winger Bryan Mbeumo — the transfer value now exceeds £60 million and is closer to Brentford’s £65 million valuation.

Negotiations between both clubs have been ongoing for weeks and intensified over the past weekend. The Cameroon international is reportedly interested in joining Old Trafford, despite the club’s absence from European competition next season.

Thomas Frank, now managing Tottenham Hotspur, has also shown interest in Mbeumo. However, United remain confident they can reach an agreement with Brentford before their pre-season tour in the United States.

Meanwhile, United have been offered the chance to sign Christopher Nkunku who wants to leave Chelsea. The 27-year-old French striker has endured a difficult spell at Stamford Bridge, scoring only six Premier League goals in the past two seasons.

“Christo is with us. He is our player. He is doing very well in the last four or five days. So probably we can also think to give him some chances,” said Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca during a press conference.
