Man United fails to secure Mbeumo, prepares alternative from Premier League rival

According to BBC Sport, Manchester United is facing difficulties in their attempt to sign striker Bryan Mbeumo from Brentford during this summer transfer window.

The Red Devils have submitted a bid of 55 million pounds — however, Brentford insists on demanding 62.5 million pounds for the 25-year-old forward.

Although Mbeumo himself has shown interest in joining Old Trafford, the significant valuation difference — equivalent to Matheus Cunha’s previous transfer fee — has made negotiations challenging.

This situation has prompted Manchester United to begin searching for alternatives from rival Premier League clubs as their new transfer target.
