Malut United Cautious Ahead Of Match Against Relegated PSIS

Malut United are approaching their League 1 week 33 clash with caution, as they prepare to face the already relegated PSIS Semarang at Gelora Kie Raha Stadium, Ternate.

Malut United still fighting to avoid relegation

Coached by Muhammad Ridwan, Malut United are currently ranked 18th with 25 points — trailing 7 points behind Semen Padang, who occupy the final safe spot on the table, with just two matches remaining in the season.

PSIS on poor form, but not to be underestimated

Although PSIS Semarang are going through a tough stretch — with no wins in their last five matches (four losses and one draw) — Malut United head coach Imran Nahumarury is not taking them lightly.

“For me, PSIS Semarang remains a team that cannot be underestimated. Facing a team with nothing to lose is more difficult than facing a team already safe in the league,” said Imran Nahumarury.
