Malut United fires head coach and technical director for serious violations

Malut United Vice Manager Asghar Saleh announced the dismissal of head coach Imran Nahumarury and Technical Director Yeyen Tumena — a decision that shocked Indonesian football public.

The club took this firm action based on a series of serious violations that had occurred since Liga 2 period — despite both parties being given opportunities to improve.

“We want to maintain integrity and clean Indonesian football from deviant practices,” stated Asghar Saleh in Ternate.

Ironically, the dismissal comes after the club provided a 300 percent compensation increase to both — an appreciation for successfully promoting Malut United to Liga 1.
